Type C Positioners
Custom designed equipment for parts that require a lot of manipulation and which does not exceed 30 tons.
They have two motorized opposite plates set at 90 degrees over a positioner. The parts are placed between these two plates and can turn 360 degrees, as the complete structure. Through this system the part is 100% accessible.
This equipment is customized, widely used for backhoes shoves that carry welding everywhere. Any part that needs a lot of manipulation can be automatized with these devices.
Its regular capacity is from 5 up to 30 tons, although it can be modified according to the customer preferences. It is also possible to build grips or chucks upon requirements.
