Submerged Arc Welding
We manage all the variants:
- Tractors
- Simple arcs: Only one welding head with a single source.
- Twin arcs: Two welding heads with one source, to apply a lot of material with little penetration.
- Tandem arcs: Two welding heads with two sources, to apply a lot of material with a lot of penetration.
- Multiple arcs: From two heads and two sources upwards, they are used when deposit cups or high speeds are required.
- Power wave arc: Lincoln Electric new technology with an inverter type source, which can control every welding parameter such as deposition and penetration. They are of low electric power consumption and of low heat application to the part.
