Subarcs require fine adjustments; usually this is handmade by an operator on the arc head.
In bigger applications like tanks or heat exchangers, this equipment can be used and through a joystick move the arc over the “X” and “Y” axis.
They don’t have feedback; their purpose is that the operator can weld in long distance with direct vision or through the use of a camera. This system includes two motorized slides, a control and a joystick.
