The circumferential welding for nozzles usually is complicated and laborious. These type of equipments are specifically designed for this application. They are used for semiautomatic process, usually MIG or subarc. The source is placed over the machine and has a rotatory device for the flow and gas emissions.
The equipment is put over the connection with a cart for beams or through a crane and makes the circumferential welding mechanically following the shape of the joint.
With this machine it can be saved up to a 70% in welding time and repairs are eliminated.
Available in ranges for connections from ¾ up to 48 inches diameters.
