The beams welded with high speed automatic devices, usually deform because of the heat application. When high dimension quality beams are required, a hydraulic beam rectifier is needed.
This equipment has a motorized entrance table which vertically takes de I beams. These go into the straightener header, two rolls with hydraulic pressure, which make the entire route through the plate and leave it completely straight. At the end it has a table where the finished beams come out by a flange. To rectify the other side the beams must be returned and turned around.
This device requires a very powerful hydraulic source, already included.
